Violently British, which is pretty weird to see having not watched terrestrial tv for some time. The result is tonally a bit bizarre but it kinda works, helped by a fantastic performance from David Tennant as always. It’s such a fascinating event in itself and tv shows like The Newsroom did an amazing job of the macro impacts already but The Hack wove in the human elements really nicely into the big picture and being so local and grounded made the impact a lot sharper. Not without its faults but a lot of fun and really interesting.
