I hopped onto this show just because my mom mentioned that she used to chase over each episodes weekly on television like crazy so it must be good right? I thought to myself and had high expectations which were initially met with the extremely strong first 2 episodes and I thought to myself oh damn now I see why this drama is so popular because its my first time liking a couple so much so fast and made me had so much feels for them. junsang was just very charming and handsome and the moments shared with Yujin albeit short but they fell in love quickly and I also did together, fangirling over their moments. it all came crashing down when junsang died and holy... my heart ached and I thought oh hell no, that cant be true...I just wanted them to be together. let's just say Yujin yearning game was strong, even after 10 years, she still loved him like crazy and going crazy when she first saw him again. as the episodes progressed, I just felt the story became more and more repetitive and the characters became more and more repulsive for everyone was so selfish? we have a fiancee who forces himself on his soon-to-be wife just because he was losing to junsang, nothing he did throughout was acceptable and I felt so sorry for Yujin. my love for the couple dropped when Yujin literally dropped her so called love of her life and went back again just because she found out hes actually junsang x.x we have a lying and manipulative girlfriend cheerin who honestly pissed me off so much and also a mom who lied to his son about everything and even twisted his memories just because she wanted to keep him by his side and allow herself to live comfortably in delusion. there were so much potential for this show to be so great and so much drama which couldve been avoided and cut short to reduce the episodes and I honestly didnt like the progress of the story and them breaking up again JUST to be reunited 13 years later to be together again is just so stupid, like if you were going to be together eventually then why break up? other than that, I would say the chemistry is really good and the acting as well, im so disappointed by the ending where after all that, we are just offered a minute of them kissing...but bittersweet ending I guess. junsang is so handsome though, had a huge crush on him while watching but I hated how short Yujin hair was. I kinda also predicted the plot but all in all, I feel that Yujin and especially junsang deserved better than the treatments they got from their friends which were a little uncalled for.
