Challengers

Was between this and heated rivalries tn pick this cause it was leaving prime in 82 minutes. Really good like I remembered it being, shame it got no love in the award season when it easily could’ve taken a couple, the tie breaker for sure should’ve locked this for cinematography, but I just doesn’t really matter. 3 great performances, all the charecters suck and are great for each other. I interpret the ending as they become a truple but that’s just me. Really well paced with no real fluff. Usually movies that are told over many years going back and forth each year get messy but this one is real easy to follow and feels natural. Still a favorite of the decade so far, shame not enough people give it the time of day cause it’s about tennis and has some gay shit in it.
