Incendies

This is my second rewatch of Incendies, and I’m still completely blown away. Even knowing the story, the way Denis Villeneuve builds the mystery and delivers the final revelation continues to surprise me. The emotional weight, the performances, and the haunting atmosphere hit just as hard if not harder the second time around. It’s rare for a film to hold up so powerfully on rewatch, but Incendies does. For me, it remains an unforgettable masterpiece.
