Civil War
As interesting as it would’ve been if this film was political and zoomed out to look at the greater picture of said war, I quite frankly don’t think it’s needed and I believe that it would hurt the premise of the movie. By depicting journalists and letting us see what happens in this movie through the lens of observers, those who watch but do not do, we’re able to see war for what it truly is; something gruesome where everyone from guilty to innocent are hurt and killed, something that enables the sick to cause more harm while the weak suffer more. This shown through a series of events where the plot isn’t what happens but how the characters are affected by said events is the plot, instead of the characters doing things and themselves affecting.
