Daredevil

Guys I can’t even deny it anymore. After my 5th viewing I have no choice to admit that this is probably one of my favourite films. Yeah it’s flawed and it’s full of narrative holes, even in the directors cut. But it is nu-metal slop at its absolute finest, entirely style over substance, everything and everyone completely over the top at every step. Not a single boring second; they just don’t make shit like this nowadays. I love it. bonus Awesome thing I tied together this time around: it ends with Ben Urich telling Daredevil ‘Go get em, Matt’ through a window…before dropping the end credits with an epic 00s rock song?? (well fuel isn’t that epic but imagine they are for my point). That’s almost beat for beat the ending to Spider-Man 2. aka Best superhero movie of all time…. which came out a year after this… something to think about
