Before Sunset
This movie proves again the value of real conversations, the intimacy each person has with one another when they believe in what they talk about and listen to each other. Nothing seems superficial, and they appreciate one another because both of them know that this is real, that after 9 years there can not be anyone else in the world that can replicate what they feel for each other.
Great performances from both actors again. The look they give each other when the other is talking, the cafe and car scenes, the awkward moments when they try and get closer or touch each other, can not get any more real than that.
I enjoyed how the ending resonated with the ending that Jesse wrote in his book.
"how am i doing?"
"still here"
"good. i like being here"
