Backrooms

Genuinely peak, like movie of the year potential. Everything was perfect although there was a slight few imperfections such as in my opinion the pacing was too quick and I would have liked to have seen a bit more exploration. But overall absolutely incredible, I mean the aesthetic was on point, mise en scene captured the backrooms liminal feel entirely. The plot stayed consistent whilst still being slightly confusing which I liked as it is a fundamental element to the characteristics of the backrooms, and that ending with Mary as still life was just phenomenal!!
