Dìdi (弟弟)

Mwah. I literally wrote about 9 pages on this film because of how much you could take in. I spotted many unintentional references to the farewell (which is also an incredibly amazing film), but with the way that American/Chinese people deal with the 2 cultures ( I know that Didi is taiwanese but for the sake of the comparison 😭) I think it also highlights that how ever much you change and the people around you change, you will always have that unbreakable bond which was beautifully shown at the end of the film with those captivating looks between Fahad, Soup and Chris, showing that even though they are all different people with different personalities, that they still have that innocent childhood bond.
