**Pixar Cry Counter: 12** I was a bit worried knowing about this movie from Pixar when I first heard of it. It appeared to have pretty good reactions from audiences but I had no idea what to expect when watching it, and I’ll always be a little on edge with sequels of movies that are already really good. Again I think the concept of emotions and what they do inside the mind is so cool and it is able to tell so many stories that can relate to so many people. Im pretty happy the other main emotions got more time in the spotlight in this film compared to the first, they definitely helped make this movie great and I’d have to say especially anger that guy is literally awesome in this. The story is new to a certain extent in this however it is very similar to the first when being about the emotions trying to get something from the mind and get back to headquarters. The pacing definitely needed some work in this though it didn’t move as smoothly as the first film but maybe with it being about anxiety it works because the pacing made me anxious non the less. I think this hit a little to close to home when it comes to me, I definitely know the mindset of dling things that aren’t yourself just because you think you can be liked. I’ve done these things myself I’m human I feel we all do. However, I think it’s one of the biggest regrets I have is to think like that. I think this film showcases it perfectly that to bend a knee to like everything other do just to feel accepted is the wrong way to do things. I think they exicute that very well in this and I wish more people just didn’t care about what people think and just were themselves. Overall pretty solid sequel I think if they do fable into this franchise again that they need to find new adversity for the emotions to go through not just a get back to headquarters things, but I do think there’s tons of possibilities for them to make a third film that tells a good story.

Well this is a pretty fun movie. I wasn’t particularly excited to go see it, I know nothing about He-Man but I also didn’t think this would be any good the first time I saw the trailer. However, I heard it was alright so I went in with mediocre expectations. After viewing it I thought it was funny and goofy a lot of the times, the fight choreography is pretty good I find. I’ll never be a big fan of movies shot in front of a green screen for most of the time as it’s so risky for it to just look like shit. And there are moments in this where it feels a little like all I saw was CGI slop. The music I found to be pretty awesome, and one funny thing is when we finally see the He-Man transformation they use CGI to make him look a little scrawny as he transforms and gains muscles. When he’s like obviously a giant before then. Pretty fun movie, if you enjoy fun action movies like this it’s definitely for you.

**Pixar Cry Counter: 12** Can’t believe I didn’t get to see Buzz bang on a bookshelf and say don’t let me go Sox. This movie has never sat right with me, from when it came out to now I still just thought it shouldn’t have been made. I think exploring the movie Andy loved that the story of Buzz Lightyear came from is a cool idea but I find this movie too simple and very predictable. I will also never really understand why they didn’t want to cast Tim Allen as Buzz for this, maybe they wanted someone younger but he’s the person people think of when you bring up Buzz Lightyear. I’m not say Chris Evan’s does a bad job I think he does well just didn’t make sense as a recast when it’s an animated film. The one thing I give this movie credit for is I think it look pretty great the animation is wonderful, and I think Pixar should do some more Spave thin as there’s such stunning imaginative visuals you get to create with that area. This doesn’t have the Pixar magic touch I’m so used to seeing, it just felt generic and if it wasn’t Buzz Lightyear as the lead I wouldn’t have assumed this was a Pixar movie at all. It is kinda disappointing.

**Pixar Cry Counter: 12** I definitely thought this was a step in the right direction for Pixar compared to the last couple film I saw. The whole elements living together thing is just right in Pixar’s wheel house kinda give me inside out vibes honestly. As for the story I think it’s alright and I’m kinda surprised it took so long for Pixar to make another romance film. They haven’t made many but they tend to do well when they do. I think visually this is pretty good, but the story is a little bland the whole kid trying to be their father thing is used a ton, and I felt also the dad being against what the daughter wanted to do was rather predictable and overused in storytelling. However I do think this is a solid movie, and at the time when I first saw this I thought Pixar was about to start a new era of really good films. However I haven’t seen any of the next films they made so I guess I’m about to find out whether they did hit that new great era or not.
