Superman

Obviously not perfect and all that but hey neither was the Batman if I’m being fr. All the film nerd bullahit in the world wouldn’t wipe the smile off my face during this movie. good lord what a big beating heart on this thing. Gunn has a truly fantastic grasp on a looot of these characters (Lois, Jimmy, lex, metamorpho, even guy Gardner, who I was really worried about getting butchered!) and I love that his Superman isn’t afraid to make a statement. The cast is phenomenal and the action is a lot more creative and well shot than I was expecting. Lovely lovely lovely movie. Gonna go reread all-star Superman this weekend now.
