Heat
Damn, this film felt like a lonely heist film and I loved it. Al Pacino and Robert De Niro delivered phenomenal performances, and the restaurant scene between them was one of the best parts of the film. Val Kilmer was also pretty great, and the cinematography, color grading, and atmosphere are incredible and perfect for this film. The characters are deep and complex, and it’s a masterpiece of a heist film. Al Pacino’s facial expressions are on another level, a peak performance, and Robert De Niro saying, “What am I doing? Talking to an empty telephone...” with that serious look and stare was absolutely perfect. What a masterpiece, man.....
