After Hours
I didn’t expect to like After Hours this much but somehow I did. It’s really funny, stressful and completely unpredictable in the best way. The whole thing feels like a fever dream where nothing goes right and every moment gets weirder and weirder. Griffin Dunne is great as Paul this totally normal guy who ends up trapped in a crazy night full of strange people and bad luck. The movie is shot beautifully and the rainy empty streets of New York looks amazing kind of eerie but also really cool. I think After Hours is prob my favorite Scorsese film now.
