ngl, this movie has highs and lows, but the highs are really high and the lows are so minuscule that this movie overall is such a fun experience. the longevity of this film felt like watching two separate movies: the guardian angel one and the one where amelie is me and basically falls in love with a man immediately.

this hurt my standards, this movie is incredible yet so damn long but i couldn’t possibly bear to not continue watching. i’m in love with every aspect of this film and i wish i wasn’t just borrowing this dvd.
