Everyone raves about this movie wayyy too much! Don’t get me wrong it is funny in places and Terry Crews singing A Thousand Miles will always be iconic but it is pure brain rot 😭

Ryan Gosling plays GTA and aura farms.. literally me.  An interesting movie that goes in a much darker direction than I was expecting. Definitely a slow burn and I’m not sure I would rewatch. Ryan Gosling gives a great performance despite barely talking, but when he does it holds more weight 😂. I love Bryan Cranston in everything he does, I just wish we got more of him in this.

“The greatest trick the devil ever pulled is convincing the world he didn’t exist.. and like that 💨 he’s gone”  Gets quite convoluted in the middle but that last half an hour was masterful. Subverts expectations… it was Keaton?! And then the last sequence. Pure goosebumps | / | /  | / |  | |  |

I usually prefer a superhero sequel to an origin story and whilst this is still the case for ATSV vs ITSV, this is comfortably my favourite superhero origin. What’s up danger is one of the greatest scenes in all Spider-man movies.  Only issue is I can’t unhear Nick Miller whenever Peter B Parker speaks, but that’s a me problem 😂
