Flipped
what a beautiful film, the first love is unique, i really feel identified with Juli, she’s a passionate girl, she loves what she likes, she’s different, she doesn’t even want to be cool or to fit in, she has personality and that’s what she makes her so special, Juli doesn’t have all that luxurys, and she never had a problem with that until bryce (a privilege kid) came with that, otherwise, bryce is completely different, he has privilege, and at the beginning he shows not a lot of education, until he has that walk with his grandfather, he realizes what he’s been missing.
While the movie was going i thought juli just deserved someone better, someone passionate, someone with real education and respect. But I really liked the way bryce changed his mind for her, and how he slowly realized he was into her, after the dinner night, he was really trying.
Bryce was completely in love, and the way he just stoped ignoring it, that is real love. Love hurts, but love loves more than it hurts, that’s why love feels lovely.
HE PLAINT A TREE FOR HER 😭😭😭
Idk why i cry in a lot of scenes with this movie, with the tree scene, and most importantly with the uncle Daniel, oh god, i just feel like the love you can have for your siblings is unconditional, no love compared with the love you have for them, im crying while writing this. Juli was so emphatic about him and his father.
Btw i really liked this film, y’all should watch it
