Yi Yi
Yi Yi captures those moments when you, obviously, have feelings, but aren't necessarily articulating to yourself what those feelings are — they just are. I've been daunted by it for years purely because of the runtime, but, unusually, I didn't feel its length. Yi Yi's hours are, ultimately, what elevate its sentiments from distinctly poignant observations of a family to larger meditations on life and the human experience.
