Superbad
The script is so well layered that the occasional dud joke doesn't even phase you because you are still thinking about the last joke that made you laugh. The bittersweet ending is truly reminiscent of what growing up is really like, and the performances by Jonah Hill and Michael Cera totally sell it. Plus, the whole soundtrack is incredible, which is always an added bonus.
