Alienangelina10.0· February 3, 2024FollowThis was a good movie. I don’t think it was life changing, though I’ve heard the sequel is. I think it set up a good base for a potentially really good franchise. The only characters I really cared about were Ripley and Jones, though I suppose that’s a good thing considering what happened to everyone else. I guess most of all I liked the Alien. It was really incredible. I love practical effects so much, and they’re really well utilised in this movie. The Alien is so damn cool, and it looks real. It’s not uncanny in the slightest. I would believe it really was out there, waiting in space. However, the stupidity of everyone in this movie really irritated me. That’s horror movies I guess. But good god I thought I’d get grey hairs stressing about those idiots. DONT LET THE GODDAMN ALIEN IN I MEAN JESUS.CommentsSign in to react and join the conversation.Sign inGet the appSee all angelina's reviews for Alien (2)First watch10.0February 3, 2024Rewatch 110.0August 15, 2024
