Donnie Darko

Director’s Cut rewatch! Despite its serious & dark subject matter, it’s seriously one of the most chill & comfortable movies to watch for me. Donnie has made peace with his doomed reality, & it’s reflected so well in the overall feel of this movie. Such a strange joy this one is.
