“I’m not real but I’m still yours” sophie thatcher… if anya wants to do 1 second cameos and apple tv garbage fine cause miss thatcher is on her coattails and I hope she sees all the success cause what. a. presence. Companion is way better than I thought it was gonna be— just barely escaping the film equivalent of the khia asyslum. A lot more could have been done tweaks to tone and genre could have elevated it to a more valuable piece of commentary but i mean it’s fine as is to be honest. It’s a B movie that takes the charm of those and still dashes in some artistry and intention but albeit I still would have liked more. Solid B+ / A-  flick.
