“the founding fathers were abhorrent people in real life” and “hamilton fucking slaps” are two statements that can and should coexist if ur as media literate as u claim you shouldnt need a piece of media to point at the bad characters and go “THEYRE BAD BY THE WAY!!” we know this. theatre is all about suspension of disbelief and it’s baffling some of yall cant even do that. sometimes its not for you and thats okay. people liking an objectively good piece of media is not a moral wrong!
