Woah woah woah woah WOAH! Woah that was like the best written movie I’ve ever seen well except for parasite ig but like woah it was so damn cool like every thread got tied together so well at the end and oh my god the box scene holy shit dude. Bro I love how this film deals with like nihilism and apathy it was so interesting like that the world is evil so why should anything matter and it dealt that with a murder case like woah. Brad Pitt uh my goat! Morgan freeman was good here as well but my favorite actor which i shall not name bc its spoilers was really good here unfortunately he turns out to be a piece of shit irl so. Anyway back to the writing like the dialogue and the way the story flowed overall just felt so natural and like it was letting you in just a little bit introducing a lot of ideas and things to think about and then at the end it all comes together in such a satisfying way. The cinematography was great David fincher really has an eye for creating a gross distinctive vibe to his shit. The score if a little overbearing at times elevated every scene at least like 3 levels. This one felt like watching someone tie a knot really quick like their hands are just moving and working and then at the end all the threads that you could barely even see come out as a beautiful well tied knot.
