Sinners

This is what my great grandfather thought would happen if you stepped foot in a movie theatre or played any card games  At one point I jumped so hard that the random guy next to me asked if I was ok so that in and of itself is gonna haunt me forever if the movie wasn’t scary enough  This had pretty much all I want in a horror movie: great performances, fantastic soundtrack, taking time getting to know the world and the people, subverting tropes, ensemble cast with fleshed out characters, very horny etc etc… I thought the mid credit scene was unnecessary but other than that great movie!! Like a wise woman once said «people are desperate for movie» and this really alleviated my desperation
