Mythical filmaking; confidently cheesy. Making for a nostalgic familiarity to these characters, this story, this world that I’m more than fond of. So effortlessly charming, so effortlessly funny. Everyone is so good in this but I feel like giving a particular shout out to Kirsten Dunst. Adolescence becoming; show the world what you’ve got. Great hero villain duality in that.
