Madagascar

A nostalgic and fun ride! Madagascar has an epic cast to play the main characters. Marty was the funniest character overall, played excellently by Chris Rock. I felt the whole premise of Marty wanting to see the wild but his friends trying to hold him back was good. This movie has some good action scenes, and a ton of laughs throughout. It also has some amazing side characters! King Julian and his lemur gang are hilarious. But, the Penguins steal every scene that they’re in, no wonder they got their own TV show and a movie! I loved seeing the characters being like fishes out of water. The animation is also terrific. Madagascar looks is really good. Seeing all the trees and seeing the wildlife, was so awesome. The movie also has some heart to it. I loved seeing Alex’s character arc especially. It is just a kids movie though, and I feel the Penguins didn’t have enough screen time. Overall a fun movie you should watch it.
