Scream 3

How is this the “worst movie in the franchise?” Scream 3 is genuinely awesome. It totally stands out from all of the other films. This is one of Neve Campbell’s strongest performances in the franchise. You really feel her trauma in this movie. I loved the addition of Maureen’s ghost. Hollywood being the setting for this film was a great decision! Although the kills in this film aren’t too bloody, they’re still pretty good. Scream 3 is also great with its comedy. Jennifer’s character is hilarious. This is where the franchise should have ended. It gave it a perfect ending. Roman’s killer reveal was done really well, and I like how it ties to the original. That being said, I am not a huge fan of how they retconned the original to make Roman be the mastermind, and not Billy and Stu. I also think that we spent a little too much time with the cops then I’d like to. Overall, and awesome conclusion to the trilogy.
