Wicked

Started watching it because the music keeps popping out in my FYP, and honestly its a really solid movie. I like how Elphaba and Glinda are potrayed, how they manage to be friend dispite their differences. It also really shows up at the end of the movie, that eventhough Glinda has changes some aspects of herself, she still choose to be 'comfortable' and, relatively speaking 'safe' instead of rebelling with Elphie. Cause afterall, Glinda LOVES to be adored. She wants to MATTER, and her deision to stay blind with the wizard just prove that her character is more complex than just the typical 'bimbo'. The other characters are relatively good written too, I say relatively since I dont really like how Fierro suddenly have a crush on Elphie based on just one event it felt too artificial and superficial (kinda gives me the Y/N she's-not-like-other-girls-and-I-love-her trope idk). Not many comments on the music since it was based on the Broadway musical, which I absolutely adore and obssesed with for a few weeks. A really good musical overall.
