Villanueve is a fucking genius. THIS is what a sci fi movie should be. Everything about this is perfect from the cinematography to the cast to the soundtrack and most importantly the damn plot. I love how nolanesque the plot becomes with the themes of time and such, kind of reminds me of interstellar in some ways. Genuinely a movie that can only be written and made by a creative genius.
