Shrek

honestly, this has to be one of the best movies ever made. every time i hear hallelujah i think shrek, every time i hear all star i think shrek. whenever i pass by a swamp i think of shrek the ogre. whenever i see an onion i think about ogres. i see a dragon - shrek. i see a donkey - shrek. i eat gingerbread (sorry) - shrek. i live and breathe shrek. watching shrek as a child made me who i am today. if it wasn’t for shrek my favorite color probably wouldn’t be green. if it wasn’t for shrek i wouldn’t have crazy good taste in music. thank you shrek. sometimes i think about the groundbreaking events each century has had with humanity. from turning into an industrial economy in the 19th century to stuff that happened in the 20th century - there was a lot. but THE event of the 21st century was the release of the masterpiece that is shrek. where would society be without this movie today? perhaps we’d all underestimate ogres. this movie completely changed my view on life. i think i gained consciousness the moment i watched it. i was merely a shell before that. empty and lost in this world - not being able to find purpose. shrek guided me and now i am finally whole.
