Have you ever watched a film that changes your life? A movie you think of for years to come after the first time you watched it? a film you base your entire personality off the main characters-  A film you hope would come true in your own life? That film is Carol for me. I watched this film for the first time at 15 years old and it changed my life. I’ve rewatched it at least twice every year since then and now i’m 21 still thinking about it and dreaming about it. Damn you Todd Haynes.✊ Marry me Cate Blanchett.
