Materialists

This grew on me big time. I don't know what it was but watching this again made me appreciate everything more. Celine Song is a mastermind. She was able to write a entertaining and engaging script while beautifully directing adding to the enjoyment. The cinematography is so breathtaking that its worth watching this for that alone in general the cinematography has been amazing this year some truly beautiful looking films. Dakota Johnson effortlessly plays Lucy in such a realistic way, Pedro Pascal with his time on screen is charming and was a absolute joy to watch. Chris Evans is one of the most underrated actors today and he delivers one of my favourite performances of the whole year. He's just so good. Some scenes nearly made me tear up from the writing, performances and cinematography. Song is 2 for 2. Definitely the most underrated film of the year
