mother!
Pretty awful watch. I was on board with the relatively grounded first 45 min. I thought it was about the underappreciation of non-working spouses. If a marriage consists of a non-working partner, who cares for home/children, and a working partner - they are still considered equals and if they divorced their property would be divided evenly. I thought this was then going to be about how society still treats the non-working partner as lesser, doesnt give them the same authority, even if they are actually taking on a far larger share of the labour than the "working" one. Then in the latter half it descends into chaos with all the religious fanaticism stuff which is really just unpleasant and not in a fun way.
