thrilling to watch and then so interesting to think about afterwards so many questions how both jack and grady had always been at the hotel despite only being there for a winter: is anyone killed on the grounds absorbed into the hotels shine and hence its identity, so thats why we see jack in the photo at the end? was the rotting woman gradys wife? she was able to change age because when someone becomes part of the hotel shine their ghost is detached from time? was tony a kid at the hotel?
