Akira

S tier visuals- seriously impressive and just exploding with style and atmosphere. Unfortunately the characters, plot and pacing just fell entirely flat for me, amounting to little more than a random collection of cool set piece scenes haphazardly stitched together with a vague story that, whilst cool, felt like it was missing that strong core that could hold it all together. However it really did look super cool, so it wins there.
