Friendly Rivalry

i went into this expecting more of a thriller based on school hierarchy and immense competition, and while it does tend to slightly lean in that direction in the earlier episodes, it quickly spirals to a much grander mystery. and while it did have its moments, it felt slightly overwhelming and i just didn’t care about it too much. i did like the characters, they were written quite well, and they had some great chemistry as well. narratively, just did a little too much.
