One Day

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Perfect, Love the way even under time constraint, the impact or the most important bit still can have an impact. Love the clear time indication and subtilities of the main character’s current situation from them either interacting with each other or other characters. Made me think a bit. That after graduation people really just move on and not only that, they were times in the movie that the main characters had a switch in careers. For emma, a few years after graduation she became a waitress for few years and then a teacher and finally she writes book and was dating Jean Pierre!! As for Dexter, he was travelling a lot and teaching English in development countries before becoming a Tv host which he stayed in the industry for a while before he got sacked. He then works at his friend’s business about burgers and crayfish. Then I’m not too sure if by the end of the movie he was still working there. Obviously Emma Morley and Dexter since they have the most screen time. My favorite moment was when they got together but it was short-lived. Like i said, it’s pretty simple but their accents though. The plotline is pretty simple. Though if i were to criticize, it would be because the movie advertise it as a 20 year slow burn romance but since it is in movie format’ I don’t really feel it but other than that I like the progression of the two characters.
