Nosferatu

I want to say I have no words but that isn’t true, the film techniques were phenomenal. I felt like I was in the film!! The beginning of the movie when Ellen was calling to Orlok then walking outside was beautifully shot! I had goosebumps! And the time Thomas spent in count Orloks castle?? Every moment of that was suspenseful, I was on the edge of my seat. Fearing for his safety. I personally believe the theme of film was CSA and SA, just to generalise it. The way Ellen believed herself to be impure then to later shame Thomas for facing the same assault she did. It’s a realistic feeling as neither are perfect victims. I have a lot to say on the film but this is a review not an essay!
