Lowkey overhyped (as I get it a 4 lmao) but still enjoyable. I see a lot of people saying it's never slow, which is a bonafide lie, but the climax is a full 45 minutes that I was absolutely locked in for. Acting is A+ from Timmy Tim and Austin Butler (seriously creepy) Overall, I feel my enjoyment for this movie/series is minorly dampened by my love for Apple's Foundation series, as while Dune tries to include both action and political aspects, I just feel like I'd watch Star Wars if I wanted action or Foundation if I wanted the politics. I will be watching it a 2nd time likely though, so could change.
