Hitchcock knows exactly how to create tension without showing too much. Anthony Perkins is incredible as Norman Bates, and the twist completely caught me off guard. The shower scene is iconic, and the ending is creepy as hell. I liked Vertigo and Rear Window more, but this is still a great Hitchcock film.
