***“We all go a little mad sometimes.”*** Hitchcock knows exactly how to create tension without showing too much. Anthony Perkins is incredible as Norman Bates, and the twist completely caught me off guard. The shower scene is iconic, and the ending is creepy as hell. I liked Vertigo and Rear Window more, but this is still a great Hitchcock film.

***“May everything come true. May they believe.”*** Tarkovsky creates something truly unique with *Stalker*. The cinematography is absolutely breathtaking, and the Zone feels like a place between reality and a dream. The film explores faith, desire, and what people truly want from life. I don’t think I have fully understood everything yet, but it left me thinking long after it ended. A beautiful and unforgettable experience. Surely one of the greatest pieces of cinema.

I loved pretty much everything about this. It’s funny, emotional, exciting, and Ryland and Rocky’s friendship is the heart of the movie. Rocky is such a lovable character and definitely one I’ll remember for a long time. I even enjoyed it more than Interstellar. Just an amazing sci-fi movie that had me laughing and getting emotional.

One of those movies where the ending completely changes everything you just watched. I was convinced Keaton was Keyser Söze the entire time, so the reveal genuinely caught me off guard. Kevin Spacey is brilliant as Verbal Kint, and realizing how much of the story was built on lies made the whole thing even better. A clever crime thriller with an ending that makes you question everything.
