Rear Window

Alfred Hitchcock proves once again why he’s one of the greatest directors ever. Such a simple idea turns into one of the most suspenseful movies I’ve ever seen. James Stewart is incredible as Jeff, and Grace Kelly is one of the best female characters I’ve seen in cinema. The last 20 minutes had my heart pounding, and I couldn’t look away for a second. A perfect example of how to build tension without relying on action or jump scares. An absolute masterpiece.
