Silenced

usually all those sweet and cheesy movies have nothing to do with real life it’s all just “movie stuff.” but this one is different. films like silenced, full of violence, cruelty, and injustice, always feel closer to reality. because our reality is cruel. painfully cruel. i hate this film for being based on true events. i hate that it reminds me this can still be happening somewhere right now. it hurts to see how everything can be bought with money, with power, with connections. there’s less and less humanity left in people. but what i do like is that this film wakes you up. it pulls you out of your comfort zone, throws you into the real world, and makes you feel. it makes you care. it fills you with compassion, anger, and awareness what matters.
