Superman
I want to write a long review for this movie but I'm just on a cloud after watching this and I can't fully form into words my opinion on this film, but I'll give some praise.
David Corenswet!!! The absolute perfect casting for Superman and I'm just so glad he got this role because he nails it completely, he's so good. Ok, everyone in this movie is amazing and everyone's role was perfect. I'm so happy this is so good. It has the perfect mix of light-hearted and dark tones that made me excited to now see every film in this franchise when it comes out. I'm so goddamn excited to see every film in the DCU now. I just want to bang my fist on the table repeatedly because of this. I'm not big on rewatching superhero films, there's some I've rewatched before, but I can't wait to rewatch this! I want to watch this every year now! I can't fathom anything else to write right now, I just enjoyed the hell out of this so much. I want this to gross a billion dollars so that every film in the DCU in the future can be made without hesitation. There, that's it! See this movie! Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I'll see if I can do a longer review in the next couple days, because I want to say more, but I just need to be with my thoughts right now.
