Okay just for that ending, I had to bump up the score a little bit. As a whole the movie didn’t really move me that much because of the lack of dialogue and the absolutely incompetent cast of mafia members (I think wathcing the sopranos may have fried my brain on that part) but everything else was quite okay to be fair. I did catch myself smiling during all the scenes with Pauline and Raymond, they really did bring light to story and to be able to pass down the way of the samurai to the younger generation was the absolute correct move. Overall quite enjoyable movie

> « ***IF NOTHING MATTERS, THEN WHY TRY AND BE AFRAID ? »*** I only got 3 words for this movie. *PEAK. PEAK AND PEAKKKKKK. *What an absolutely brilliant concept to encapsulate a whole movie. Just of the concept alone I wanted 15 season of this just to see what the other multiverse characters have been through. I really need to go out and just show love man, that’s what we are on this earth for. That’s probably why we are human too. This is what movies are meant for, our humanity. This is the type of movie I’ll make an alien sit down and watch so they could truly understand us.

I will forever stand by the fact that selfish parents have to be the most horrible people on earth. These kids end up being more mature then the most mature person they know themselves and it’s so damn heartbreaking. Kore-eda does it again, he simply takes normal human beings and pulls out a story that will move you then anything else you probably ever see. When I tell you I really didn’t want this movie to end so I could at least get a taste of hope to see them in a better light, it’s painful but at the same time, that’s how it works. The future is unknown and you could really say that ***NOBODY KNOWS.***

What an absolutely beautiful work of art I’ve witnessed. This is gladly up there with the best horror movies I’ve ever seen. The way this shot too man, whoever was behind those cameras whipping them around for these incredible shots needs their pay raised *NOW. *Even thought a lot of horror movies have the whole « possession » genre, this has to be my absolute peak. It really brings a unique aspect to actually see how these mystic beings actually work and for it to be an actual *GOD *instead of your run of the mill cheap ghost, you can truly feel the weight difference. At some point you just have to wrap it up and accept that’s it’s over, the game was rigged from the start for all these characters. I also love the reliance on the small little details and overall suspenseful nature instead of the cheap jumpscares we often get these days.
