This was a smooth movie, and definitely better than the first film. For starters, Nightcrawler’s opening scene is a 10/10. I locked in immediately. There were definitely some times where the plot involving Stryker confused me a little, especially with how much was going on with his plan and his connection to Charles. I also feel like the frenemies relationship between Charles and Magneto had some unexplained switches throughout the movie. One minute they’re working together, then they’re back to being enemies, and I feel like some of those transitions could’ve been explained a little better. That being said, I’d be lying if I said the aura of some of these characters doesn’t give this movie a boost. A lot of the X-Men and Brotherhood just have a presence about em. Real shit though, what does Rogue do in these films¿
