𓏴 ࣪ story & plot 🎬 ⠀⠀ I mean the concept is okay. If you think about it for too long it becomes more and more boring. They definitely managed to keep me on edge and my heart was pounding here and there. It's just not reaching it's full potential. The plottwist was something I really enjoyed. I need more like this. It was our of nowhere. Unexpected. Beautiful. ♰⠀ 𓈒 ⠀ cinematography & visuals ✙ Right at the beginning, it was painfully obvious that the guy who died was recorded on some sort of greenscreen. I mean of course he can't actually fall off a cliff and die, but the outlines were so bad, like they just used capcut to remove the background. The dead animal Scene at the start made me so sad. But it looked poetic in a way. All in all the wounds were realistic, and I could feel the adrenaline of the height whenever it was at its full glory. ( 🍿 ) —— sounds & music It did it's job. Peaked at anxious moments, got loud. Typical action thriller music. ࣪ ۫𓂅 directing & pacing . ⟢ It was rarely completely boring in my opinion which surprised me. Yes, sometimes it was a bit dragged and felt repetitive but they can't really do that much with a movie about being stuck on a tower with nothing to do but rot and die. ᠃ ᠌acting 📽 casting 𓍢 :: The acting was okay?? I preferred the acting from the brunette woman. Hers was also not perfect, but she showed way more emotion due to her characters experience, so I can judge it more. It seemed like too little emotion in some cases, but I guess that depends on what person is experiencing it. [ ▶︎ ] extra ﾉ overall ranking ↻ Random happy ending. From one moment to another, everything is okay again. Meh. I don't even know if I wanna watch the second part. I am gonna watch the YouTube video "how to survive the tower in fall" now because I wanna laugh at their stupidity. ★ · 🎟️ summary ⛶ I would've reacted so differently if I would have been in their place. I am not saying I would be a genius, but come on. Yes it's a movie and not about real people, but you would not force a trauma victim to relive her trauma in the most unsafe way ever. I wouldn't have agreed to this trip. If I did, I would've made sure to have safe equipment and tell someone beforehand.
