High and Low

After watching Seven Samurai, though I have watched Ikiru, I went into this with lower expectations this time. Why the FUCK did I do that In stark contrast to my previous Kurosawa rating, this movie is absolutely fantastic. The first hour is set in the main characters house and that was AMAZING. I was like ‘how long have i been watching for? 20 minutes maybe’ NOPE! 1 HOUR! This movie flew by so fast. The train scene iz FANTASTIC and the investigation is also super intriguing! I cannot express how amazing this film Is And the kidnaper oh my god that last 5 minutes what a great actor PEAK!
