Twilight

“So the lion fell in love with the lamb.” I actually, unironically, really enjoyed this movie. Yeah, sure, the acting was corny and the dialogue was bad at times—but who really cares? I thought everything was charming and funny. Everyone’s dynamic with each other was interesting and fun to watch.> I really liked the family dynamic between the Cullens. I thought all of their different personalities were interesting to watch.> The setup and world-building were actually great—who saw that one coming? The introduction of the werewolves and the other vampires was a nice addition to the story. It made a tiny world feel big, which is pretty impressive.> Random thought: the way Edward runs is goofy as hell.> One thing that really bothered me was how Bella and Edward’s relationship went from 1 to 100 extremely fast. I wish there was more setup between them.I get that this movie objectively isn’t the greatest, but it was extremely fun to watch, and I’m actually excited to finish the franchise.
