Laura

I KNOW FOURTH TIME! But this is truly one of the most entertaining film noirs. The film tells the story of a woman called Laura Hunt who is murdered. The police detective falls for her while investigating her murder. He is among a few shady suspects as well. Well no spoilers in this review but we will focus on the good aspects. So Otto Preminger made this film noir an insanely good entertaining film noir whodunnit kind of a film. Plusses are the cinematography and Gene Tierney's beauty was shot amazingly. I think Dana Andrews, our protagonist, gives a charming performance and he is definitely underrated. Gene Tierney is also another underrated star of this era. She delivers her most charming and charismatic performance. Omg this film is so good, check it out once in your life. I've seen it four times 😭😭😭 but it's that good.
